GameGO Media LLC RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at GameGO Media LLC, We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below. All returns require an original, valid receipt or order confirmation email.

1. New and Sealed Items
  • Window: New, unopened physical games, hardware consoles, accessories, and merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, completely factory-sealed, with the shrink wrap intact and free from external damage.
  • Refund: Eligible items will receive a full refund issued to the original form of payment.

2. Opened Items and Defective Goods
  • Opened New Games: Once the shrink wrap or security seal is broken, new games cannot be returned for cash or card refunds. If the disc or cartridge is defective, it may be exchanged for the exact same title within 30 days.
  • Opened Hardware & Accessories: Opened consoles, controllers, and accessories are eligible for exchange only within 30 days if found to be defective. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if a refund is approved at management's discretion.

3. Pre-Owned and Used Items
  • Return Window: Pre-owned games, consoles, and accessories can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
  • Defective Guarantee: Pre-owned items that fail to operate properly can be exchanged for an identical replacement or store credit within 30 days.

4. Digital Purchases & Exceptions
  • Final Sale: All digital downloads, downloadable content (DLC), subscriptions, network point cards, and prepaid gift cards are strictly final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be granted once the activation code is printed or delivered.
  • Bundles: Promotional bundles must be returned in their entirety with all components included. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

5. Identification and Abuse
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to process returns without a receipt (eligible for store credit at the lowest recent selling price only). GameGO Media LLC reserves the right to deny returns to anyone exhibiting a pattern of return policy abuse.
